Spring has arrived!
Spring has brought with it the music of birds and the sweet fragrance of the flowers, and I am reminded of the words of Jesus. "Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they? ... Consider the lilies of the field, h
ow they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin; and yet I say unto you, that even Solomon in all his glory was not arra yed like one of these. Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, [shall he] not much more [clothe] you, O ye of little faith?" (Matt. 6:26-30 KJV) Let us remember as we listen to the birds and slow down to smell the flowers that we have a Heavenly Father who knows best and will take care of us if we allow Him to. Are you carrying a burden today? Take it to the Lord in prayer, for you do not need to carry it alone.
